Veterinarian
Dr. Piyalak Timbang was raised in Bangkok, Thailand. She graduated from Chulalongkorn University, the top veterinary university in Thailand. For three years, she was a small animal practitioner before adventure called her and her family to the United States.
Dr. Timbang completed the Educational Commission for Foreign Veterinary Graduates (ECFVG) certification program in December 2013. Holistic and alternative medicine, especially Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine, has interested her for many years. In 2015, she received a Certified Veterinary Acupuncturist (CVA) and a Certified Veterinary Chinese Herbalist (CVCH) from the Chi Institute in Reddick, Florida in 2020.
Dr. Timbang worked as a licensed DVM in California for two years before moving to O’ahu in 2017, where she was an associate veterinarian. With hard work and diligence, Dr. Timbang has opened her own practice, Hale Ola Pet Hospital. Her dream and vision are to provide compassionate, comprehensive, and tailored veterinary care for the pets in our community.
