Kendra Antonides, DVM
Dr. Antonides grew up in Toronto, Canada, where she developed a love for animals helping her grandfather on his pig farm, working at pet hospitals, and volunteering with wildlife in India and Africa.
After receiving her Doctor in Veterinary Medicine degree from Washington State University in 2018, Dr. Antonides practiced at a pet hospital in Tacoma, Washington, where she met her kama’aina husband. In 2021 they decided to move back to O’ahu to be closer to his family in Pearl City.
Dr. Antonides is especially interested in surgery, helping clients understand how to keep their pets healthy and happy, and tackling complex medical cases.
Outside of work, Dr. Antonides paddles with an outrigger canoe team and enjoys swimming, dancing, hiking, painting, and exploring local restaurants and parks. She has a fluffy tuxedo cat named Nanook, who enjoys walking on a leash and watching birds and geckos from his window.
Dr. Antonides’ calm and gentle character will be there for your furry family at every life stage and she looks forward to getting to know you and your animals better with every visit.
